Tile press machine

The sheet metal roll forming machine is a type of cold-bending forming equipment for thin metal sheets. Working principle: The metal coil is uncoiled and fed into the feeding guide device. Through multiple sets of precision rollers, it is progressively and continuously cold-bent and extruded, forming the sheet into a preset corrugated cross-sectional shape. After the sheet reaches the set length, the control system sends a signal, and the hydraulic shearing device automatically cuts it, completing the production of finished color steel roof tiles.

Main components of the machine: Main frame, forming roller group, transmission system, hydraulic cutting system, hydraulic pump station, PLC electrical control cabinet.

Applicable raw materials: Thin metal coils such as color steel sheets, galvanized sheets, and aluminum coils;

Products: Color steel roof panels and wall panel profiles for construction;

Application areas: Production of steel structure building cladding systems for factories, warehouses, farmers’ markets, exhibition halls, carports, etc.

The equipment uses a completely cold-processing method, without high-temperature smelting or stamping/forging processes. It relies on motor drive, hydraulic shearing, and CNC fixed-length control. Manual personnel are only responsible for feeding and starting/stopping operations, resulting in stable production and high sheet metal forming precision.
